Data deletion
Request deletion of your Terror Vision account and the personal data we hold for it.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the address on your Terror Vision account.
- Use the subject line Terror Vision data deletion request.
- Include your account email and, if you know it, your channel handle.
What we delete
When we process a verified request, we delete or de-identify:
- Your Terror Vision account profile and channel handle
- Generated shorts, crawls, cast stills, and other content tied to your account
- Chat, prompts, likes, follows, and product usage events we store
- Sign-in identity we keep for you in Clerk, and billing records we can remove from Stripe after required accounting holds
What may remain
We may keep limited records required for fraud prevention, security, tax, or law — for example Stripe payment history or abuse logs. Those records are not used to keep your account active.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will get a confirmation when the wipe is finished.
